Allergies & Intolerances

Please note -  
We operate in a kitchen that uses the following allergens on a regular basis:
NUTS
DAIRY
EGGS
SOY
SULPHITES
While every effort is made to avoid any cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee there will
not be traces in our ice creams and sorbets.

NUTS
We use nuts in several of our ice creams. Whilst we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our ice creams are free from traces of nuts.

GLUTEN FREE
We have a gluten-free kitchen as none of our ice creams contain gluten. However, we are not currently certified Gluten Free.

LACTOSE FREE
We use a natural enzyme to break down the lactose in the cows milk, cream and all dairy we use in our ice creams. We have had our dairy independently, scientifically tested to ensure it is lactose free to less than the trace amount of 0.3% lactose present.

LOW FODMAP
To make things simple, you will find the maximum recommended portion size per sitting in the Description of each flavour labelled as Low FODMAP.

We have checked the ingredients of each flavour in line with the Monash Fodmap App as of 15/10/22. The fodmap ingredient levels may be re-tested by Monash therefore we advise double checking these against the Monash App as well.
