We really enjoy making ice cream!
We love using great ingredients, churning in small batches and making and baking everything in-house. Given that, we are extremely proud to have received 24 Great Taste Awards over the last 5 years.
The judges look for truly great taste, regardless of branding or packaging. They take into account texture, appearance and of course the quality of the ingredients; But above all else the question remains – does the product taste truly great?
Our Great Taste Awards confirm something we already know: There is no difference in taste or quality due to our ice creams being made with lactose free dairy (and also gluten free). If anything, we genuinely think this improves the creamy, fresh taste!
All of our award-winners have been (blind) judged against lactose-full, dairy options and have been repeatedly praised for their delicious flavour, evident high quality ingredients, restrained sweetness and beautiful creaminess.
